We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Data Services Representative. This position offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for achieving program goals and objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Services Representative. You will be working with our client's Customer Success team to understand their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and create saved queries within our databases to reflect this information.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the customer success team to develop a deep understanding of their business needs
  • Create complex database queries to extract relevant data
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data provided by clients
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all data-related activities
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in data analysis and research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
