Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us make informed business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data.

About the Role:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, or relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst; experience in customer care centers and the travel industry is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to draw business insights from data
