Salad Professional

• Preparation: Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients for various salads.
• Dish Creation: Assemble salads according to recipes and specific customer requests, including substitutions for dietary needs.
• Dressing & Toppings: Prepare fresh dressings and toppings to complement salads.
• Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations for food storage, preparation, and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage salad ingredients, notify kitchen managers when supplies are low, and practice "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) stock rotation.
• Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Recipe Development: Assist in developing new salad recipes and menu items to meet market trends or customer preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders.
