- Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations for food storage, preparation, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage salad ingredients, notify kitchen managers when supplies are low, and practice "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and orderly work area throughout the shift.
- Recipe Development: Assist in developing new salad recipes and menu items to meet market trends or customer preferences.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders.
