Dental claims specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position involves managing and processing claims, resolving issues, and providing support while upholding quality and integrity.

About the Role

This specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of claims, addressing denials, and generating reports. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up on outstanding insurance claims, documenting and communicating properly.
  • Send out claims and attachments to insurance companies, ensuring accurate submission.
  • Determine denial validity and address them accordingly.
  • Generate OI reports, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Handle claim resubmission and reprocessing, including grievances and appeals.
  • Clear rejected claims regularly.
  • Update office trackers with payments posted and claims addressed.
  • Complete assigned follow-ups on office spreadsheets.
  • Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals and generate EFT reports.
  • Post insurance payments according to established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, minimal accent when speaking.
  • Background in the Dental insurance or collections industries.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on collections experience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as this is a remote position.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
