Backend Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Backend Resolution Specialist with a strong background in supplement management to own backend troubleshooting across Seller Central.

In this role, you will be responsible for submitting and managing cases, escalating issues, and ensuring ASINs remain live, optimized, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit cases in Amazon Seller Central related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Act as the expert for backend resolution - ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet compliance requirements.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience - with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues - ideally within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
