Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

- Test complex and highly integrated software systems in an agile development environment
- Plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
- Engage in requirements review and story refinement
- Coordinate with the team to plan and execute Test Plans
- Advocate for quality practices and identify potential risks
- Work with QA Lead on feature-level integration testing
- Work independently and as a team member, taking initiative and being proactive
- Analyze, maintain, and track defects during testing
- Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria
- Communicate testing results with project team members
- Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately and timely
- At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of the QA process and collaboration with Development teams
- Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Knowledge to troubleshoot potential issues and best practices around database operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make timely decisions
- Multi-tasking with several complex projects
