Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Financial Operations Specialist to manage our financial records and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Management: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Wave) to efficiently categorize and manage transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive financial spreadsheets and reports to inform business decisions.
- Clients Invoicing and Accounts Management: Promptly invoice clients and manage accounts receivable and payable in a timely manner.
- Document Organization: Effectively organize receipts and financial documents for easy access and reference.
- Payroll and Expense Tracking: Assist with payroll and expense tracking processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry tasks.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field with a focus on financial operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
