We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying tailored Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our sales & operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects, with strong experience in developing and customising Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Development:
  • Customise and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • System Integration:
  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Data Integrity:
  • Ensure data integrity and synchronisation across platforms.
  • Process Automation:
  • Design and implement process automations using Salesforce and integrating Spinify and Spiff plus other tools to improve efficiency.
  • Maintenance & Support:
  • Perform regular system updates, data audits and security reviews.
  • Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide training and technical support to internal users.
  • Documentation:
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customisations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Skills: Strong experience in developing and customising Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Spinify.
  • Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
