About our Data Engineering Position

Our team is seeking a skilled and motivated data professional with strong expertise in implementing and maintaining complex data solutions using Azure services, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and performance.

This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining data solutions on the Azure Data Platform, including data pipelines and integration solutions, working with data from SAP and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable data pipelines and integration solutions, working with data from SAP and Salesforce.
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across ETL lifecycle stages.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role with focus on Azure Data Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in:

  • Azure Data Factory
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure Machine Learning
  • Azure Cognitive Services
  • Azure Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases
  • Solid understanding of data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse architectures.
  • Hands-on experience integrating data from enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Relevant Azure certification: DP-203 or AZ-305.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, and cloud-based ETL development.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with DAMA data management principles is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in remote teams.
