Cloud Transformation Consultant

As a key member of our Salesforce Practice, you will utilise your unique set of skills and experience to deliver quality outcomes for clients. A respected consultant and advocate, you will provide high-end consultancy services across the SDLC with specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understand client business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce applications and customise them using declarative tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customisations, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the Salesforce solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the Salesforce environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
