Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including designing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. They will also play a key role in shaping the technical direction, ensuring scalable architecture, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive solution design discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversee code reviews, promote code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Implement and test solutions to meet functional and performance standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to upskilling within the team.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and guide the team on adoption where applicable.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Salesforce Developer certification is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and middleware tools
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
