  • Appointment Scheduling: Assess patient needs, schedule appointments, and coordinate with doctors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Doctor Coordination: Match patients with suitable doctors based on their symptoms, location, and timing, and communicate effectively to confirm doctor availability.

  • Communication & Follow-Up: Send confirmation details, informative follow-ups, and emails to patients and doctors, ensuring they have all necessary information.

  • Post-Appointment Follow-Up: Verify patient satisfaction, document outcomes, and address any additional patient needs or questions.

  • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Proactively manage logistical issues, resolve scheduling conflicts, and troubleshoot technical difficulties to minimize disruption to care.

  • Shift Handover: Collaborate with colleagues during shift overlaps to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain continuity of service.

  • Experience & Background: 1+ years of experience in customer service, patient intake, or call center roles, with a strong background in communication and problem-solving.
