Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Bidding Strategist to spearhead the bidding process for U.S. government contracts, focusing on service apartment rentals or pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delve into government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with our offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services.
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements.
  • Conduct thorough cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals.
  • Liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships.
  • Monitor bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned to improve future outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms (e.g., SAM.gov) and industry regulations.
  • Stay abreast of competitors and market trends in service apartment rentals or pest control services to enhance bidding effectiveness.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms.
  • Knowledge of specific industry requirements for service apartment rentals or pest control.
  • Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager or Project Management Professional.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale government contracts.
