About the Role

We are seeking a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support our growing marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a design-savvy professional who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include designing and producing marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals and client presentation materials.

  • Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros.
  • Utilize Monday.com to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography case studies and other marketing content.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Graphic Design Communications or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools highly preferred with experience in digital marketing platforms like Ceros and Loomly considered a plus.
