Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our virtual staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development, ideally in a similar role.
- Proven B2B sales experience, particularly in BPO, SaaS, or IT.
- A track record of success in virtual selling, including Zoom presentations.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Confidence, charisma, and drive to hit and exceed targets.
