Key Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across various platforms, including WooCommerce checkout bugs and plugin conflicts, to ensure seamless user experiences.
  2. Manage monthly updates for WordPress, including core, theme, and plugins, to maintain a stable and secure environment.
  3. Maintain and update lightweight custom scripts using JavaScript and PHP, leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation.
  4. Build and manage workflow automations with Zapier as a central tool, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  5. Support and configure Airtable bases, views, automations, and permission settings, providing data-driven insights and solutions.
  6. Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  7. Maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  8. Provide technical assistance for Google Workspace, including access and permission issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
  9. Offer general technical assistance across teams and departments, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  10. Document internal systems and help optimize workflows, driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
  11. Create and refine task templates and internal workflow systems, developing effective solutions to complex problems.
