Human Resources (HR) Specialist

Role Overview:

The HR Specialist is a crucial asset for our organization, providing exceptional support to employees and managers.

This role involves handling employee inquiries, policy navigation, transactions, and other related services over various channels.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills who can respond promptly to queries and ensure seamless transactional services.

The ideal candidate will be adept in the HR helpdesk environment, work closely with onshore partners, and follow compliance guidelines to provide accurate information.

Responsibilities include creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalating high-priority cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage employee inquiries and transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Create SOPs and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
  3. Meet SLAs for timeliness and quality, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  4. Elevate high-priority cases for immediate intervention, guaranteeing prompt resolutions.
