People Operations Coordinator
Job Description:The People Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. This position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about HR and People Experience, with excellent organizational skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities include delivering an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone, providing support to employee questions and inquiries, and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
This role will also assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records. Additionally, it involves coordinating HR-related documentation, managing employee data in Rippling, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Furthermore, this position requires the development of automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks, ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Also, this role includes Lattice administration, such as Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations via "Updates", and reporting on people initiatives as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
