Job Summary
LBC Express, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support services to all LBC branches, hubs, and offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with IT service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage escalated events in collaboration with the servicedesk and immediate head.
- Provide 2nd-level technical support on escalated tickets and resolve within defined SLAs.
- Deliver regular user feedback within specified timelines in a professional manner and maintaining confidentiality.
- Deploy PCs, peripherals, web cameras, data equipment, productivity tools, and business applications across LBC offices, collaborating with concerned IT departments.
- Participate in testing and user acceptance of Telco, LAN, CCTV, and other projects with contractors and suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in providing IT technical support.
- Preference for working experience in retail and distribution systems for cargo, courier, and/or remittance industries, financial services, and supply chain management.
- Experience in large multinational organizations and ISO processes is a plus.
