At Command|Link, we are seeking a highly skilled Managed Services Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering superior service to ISP/MSP business customers worldwide.
As a Managed Services Engineer, you will provide end-to-end support to customers with a focus on SDWAN (preferably Cato), Internet, and related services. You will also troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems.
In addition, you will support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services. You will collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced technical environment. You should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred) and CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
Other qualifications include strong firewall configuration experience (Fortinet preferred) and deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP. Knowledge of routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles is also required.
