What you'll do:

  • Provide expert support on web hosting products, troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets that exceed customer expectations.
  • Transform complex technical issues into actionable steps that customers can follow, regardless of their expertise level.
  • Contribute to various teams or projects that improve the customer experience based on evolving customer and organizational needs.
  • Enhance AI-powered systems to deliver smarter, more intuitive support that enhances the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with web hosting technologies, services, features, and trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to your work, team, and department.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, preferably through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental web hosting concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting).
