Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery

  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize opportunity loss
  • Provide regular updates to management on procurement status
  • Oversee procurement team members
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in procurement is required
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ERP familiarization is an advantage (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Graduate of Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
