Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRP) are a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with experience in both HR operations and strategic HR partnering.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.

• Proven experience in recruiting IT technical staff across various roles, including software developers, network engineers, systems administrators, and other technical positions.

• Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals.

• Experience working closely with leadership and managers to address HR needs and align HR strategies with business goals is highly desirable.
