Job Description

As anHR Operations Manager, you will oversee daily HR operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead the offshore transition of HR functions to the Philippine hub. You will design and implement an HR Shared Services model, enhance efficiency, and spearhead innovative HR solutions to optimize processes and elevate global workforce management.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of7 yearsof progressive experience inHR operations, preferably in aglobal or multi-regional organization, with at least3 yearsin amanagerialrole.
  • Extensive experience as a generalist managing onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, employee services, benefits, and data management.
  • Proven ability to manage HR functions in aBPOor similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting or leading offshore transition initiatives.
  • Strong operational expertise in leading global HR operations and digital transformation projects.

Your Daily Tasks

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, employee services, benefits, and data management, ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to design and implement a comprehensive HR Shared Services framework, maintaining high standards of efficiency and service quality.
  • Lead the annual end-of-year leave policy implementation and HMO open enrollment.

Offshore Transition Leadership:

  • Plan and execute the transition of HR operations from other regions to the Philippine hub.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and transition.

Project Management & Initiative Leadership:

  • Spearhead departmental projects and initiatives to optimize HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Drive the implementation of innovative HR solutions tailored to the company's business model.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key HR metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Policy & Process Improvement:

  • Partner with the Senior Team Lead and HR Operations Lead Analyst to review and update HR processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR Operations team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to ensure clarity on HR processes and timelines, minimizing misunderstandings and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Create opportunities for collaboration between teams and relevant departments to enhance the overall employee experience.
