Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to fill the role of Virtual Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and projects from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and momentum never stalls.
  • Manage and troubleshoot automations, including fixing issues when they break and handling A2P approvals.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize workflows, track progress, and keep teams accountable.
  • Create, update, and document SOPs to ensure smooth and repeatable operations.
  • Provide daily reporting to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project status.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward without hand-holding.
  • Maintain a flexible mindset and foster collaboration across the team.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Go High-Level (GHL) automation, troubleshooting, and A2P approvals.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once and drive them to completion.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow with the organization.
