Trade and Cash Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade and Cash Operations expert to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing cash flows, trade capture and reconciliation, and supporting the Middle Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transaction instructions from MIM/GA teams, onshore and custodians.
  • Collaborate with the Reconciliation team, Middle Office, and other parties to resolve cash and position breaks.
  • Validate BBH cash and position breaks to ensure proposed adjustments are accurate.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of capital stock, trades, management fees, and derivatives in AABOR.
  • Work within existing procedures and processes to maintain clear and concise documentation.
  • Stay updated with relevant securities industry developments and market-specific best practices.
  • Support the team as required, participating in regular industry-specific training and interdepartmental cross-training to ensure continuity of service.
  • Manage fund events requiring updates in Informatica, seed capital, and TIK/RIK processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate booking of dividend distributions and reinvestments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA board exam passer or CISI is an advantage.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: willing to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need and/or external environment) and must be ready to work night shifts.
  • Strong analytical ability, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of securities instruments/settlements and investment process.
