Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor payments, ensure accuracy in financial records, and leverage tools like QuickBooks Online for efficient accounts payable processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Online
  • Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and reporting purposes
Requirements:
  • Experience using Rent Manager
  • Ability to manage multiple vendor payments and meet due dates
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

The ideal candidate should stay updated on best practices and trends in accounts payable management. A work-from-home arrangement is available, working night shift (EST) with weekly pay. The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality is necessary.
