Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist monitors and evaluates creative output to ensure adherence to quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing designs and artworks, as well as proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to maintain high productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scrutinizing customers' requests to guarantee they adhere to quality control standards.
  • Maintaining high productivity and efficiency by reviewing an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examining customer concerns from a quality perspective and offering valuable recommendations and observations to enhance quality outputs.
  • Performing technical reviews and providing well-founded feedback to creatives on requests within our scope of service.
  • Adhering to established quality control procedures while utilizing Design Pickle Platform functionalities correctly.
  • Collaborating closely with Quality Specialist teammates and Quality Coordinator to streamline the handling of the quality review queue efficiently.
  • Generating weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality of clients' requests.
  • Actively offering feedback to the Quality Coordinator regarding Quality Team procedures, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of quality control processes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in reviewing designs and artworks within the scope of the client's services.
  • Experience in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro as well as other tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations.
  • Capacity to effectively comprehend information, ensuring a thorough review of requests based on client details and ticket specifications.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills essential for maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of the creative industry, coupled with a constant drive to stay informed on evolving industry trends.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, facilitating clear and concise interactions.
