Qualifications:

  • Minimum of One (1) or Two (2) years of experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Assurance in the Plastic Packaging Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic materials, molding/packaging processes, and defect types.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Quality Inspector and Quality Assurance to join our team in the plastic packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection processes, with at least two years of experience in the plastics industry. You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect plastic packaging products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
  • Document inspection results accurately and report any non-conformances or defects.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of approved products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection and testing areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
