Job Description:
The role is involved in the quality assurance of the software projects. Conducts software tests to ensure the software created by our software developers meets the software requirements and specifications, and any bugs or issues are removed before the software gets released.
Involved in designing test case scenarios for usability, running these tests, and preparing reports on the effectiveness of the developed software, also involved the replication of field reported defects, communication with our software developers, and management of defects until it gets resolved.
Participates in activities focusing on improving software quality, and activities related to documenting the developed software.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be willing to work On Site in Davao City
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in Software Testing
- Knowledgeable in Software Project Documentation
- Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate/report bugs to the project manager and developers
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Must have the ability to work in teams, as well as independently
- Must have the drive for continuous learning.
