Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality standards of our services.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on quality assurance testing, with a strong emphasis on release and regression testing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality assurance testing on individual tickets, with a primary focus on release and regression testing.
Manual testing will be the bulk of this work, but experience with automation testing tools and frameworks would be an advantage.
Cross-functional collaboration with various teams is essential to support multiple projects effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient in quality assurance manual testing.
- Experienced in executing regression testing.
- Competent in using Postman for testing purposes.
- Demonstrated ability as a QA Analyst, with a track record of successful project outcomes.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a tech-centric managed service environment is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in QA or software testing would be beneficial.
