Information Technology Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of an organization's IT infrastructure. The ICT Manager oversees and manages IT operations to support business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure & Security Management:
    • Ensure maximum uptime and robust data protection by overseeing and managing IT infrastructure.
    • Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
    • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Strategic Planning & Innovation:
    • Develop and execute strategic IT plans to optimize operations and support innovation.
    • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management on IT infrastructure and security matters.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Identify and implement training and development programs to strengthen technical expertise within the team.
  • Project & Vendor Management:
    • Oversight the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within set timelines and budgets.
    • Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to align services with business objectives.
  • Operational Support:
    • Monitor IT infrastructure performance, operating costs, and upgrade requirements.
    • Establish standards for efficiency and effectiveness in IT operations.
    • Ensure timely response and resolution to IT-related issues across the organization.
    Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including several years in a leadership role.

Familiarity with IT strategy, enterprise infrastructure management, project leadership, and agile methodologies is highly valued.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

A strong background in IT strategy, enterprise infrastructure management, and project leadership is essential for this role.

Proficiency in security policy development, risk assessment, and implementation of security measures such as firewalls and encryption is required.

Experience managing cloud platforms, migrations, and cost optimization is also highly valued.

A proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships is necessary for this position.
