As a seasoned IT leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing and managing our IT infrastructure. This strategic position involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures to maximize uptime and robust data protection.
  • Develop and maintain effective disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
IT Strategy & Innovation
  • Develop and execute strategic IT plans to optimize operations and support innovation.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management on IT infrastructure and security matters.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement training and development programs to strengthen technical expertise within the team.
Project Management
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within set timelines and budgets.
  • Apply project management best practices to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Operational Support
  • Monitor IT infrastructure performance, operating costs, and upgrade requirements.
  • Establish standards for efficiency and effectiveness in IT operations.

This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in IT, with several years in a leadership role, and a background in IT strategy, enterprise infrastructure management, and project leadership.
