Backend Engineer Opportunity


We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team in the ongoing development and evolution of our platform.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced developers with a strong background in backend technologies to make significant technical contributions to a sophisticated platform.


  • Design and implement robust backend solutions using Python services, such as Flask or FastAPI, and ORM SQL (SQLAlchemy).
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to implement technical specifications.
  • Implement scalable data models and APIs to support complex business logic.
  • Optimize application performance across multiple applications.
  • Apply type safety and code reusability best practices.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tools and techniques, recommending them for incorporation into our platform.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:


  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL databases, ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy), and GraphQL (Python-based servers).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for technical discussions, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Able to collaborate synchronously with team members during core hours while respecting work-life balance.
