Operations Associate

We are seeking an Operations Associate to play a pivotal role in the overall success of our business by supporting operational and inventory-related activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Optimize Inventory Flow: Handle accurate processing of shipments and transfers, and maintain appropriate inventory levels to align with sales potential.
  • Maintain Stockroom Conditions: Ensure stockroom conditions align with our standards, contributing to seamless store operations.
  • Cycle Counts and Audits: Conduct cycle counts as per corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies in a timely manner. Perform regular audits to verify product conditions.
  • Security Measures: Facilitate the implementation of security measures through inspections and preparing products for display.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain clean, neat, and organized stock rooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery.
Profile
  • Qualifications: 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
