Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager

  • This is a key position within our marketing department, focused on driving growth and expansion of our affiliate partnerships.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all affiliate/influencer partners, fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Sourcing, onboarding, managing and optimising performance with Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/Brands/YouTubers.
  • Negotiating and handling all necessary paperwork for smooth integration, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Maintaining consistent and effective communication to build long-term relationships with affiliates.
  • Analysing performance data and providing actionable recommendations to drive ROI.
  • Developing and implementing promotional campaigns tailored to maximise returns.
  • Building reports using internal data to track and optimise affiliate performance, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • SEO/Backlink Strategy: Interacting with external vendors to establish backlinks and implementing link-building strategies.
  • Tracking and maintaining a healthy link profile, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results in building and managing affiliate/partner relationships that drive revenue.
  • Proven ability to source, onboard, manage and scale affiliate/influencer partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, campaign performance tracking and metrics.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), with Spanish as a second language an asset.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD or trading is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility with working hours to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders.
