Experience is paramount when it comes to excelling in this pivotal Salesforce Solutions Architect position. A seasoned professional will be responsible for spearheading the design, architecture, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role demands collaboration with both business and technical teams to distill business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds and integrations, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
  • Establish architecture standards, data models, security frameworks, and system integration patterns using Salesforce and supporting technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into a sustainable and scalable Salesforce solution roadmap.
  • Provide visionary leadership and governance throughout the solution lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Guide development teams (internal and external) on technical implementation, code reviews, and deployment practices.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and releases to inform platform strategy and innovation.
  • Ensure architectural decisions align with security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  • Participate in solution estimation, pre-sales support, and technical proposal preparation when required.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additionally, they should have at least 10 years of experience in CRM/enterprise application architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce solution design and delivery.

Expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Platform) and familiarity with Marketing or CPQ are significant advantages. Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and integration APIs (REST/SOAP) is also highly desirable.

Proven ability to drive architecture decisions and coordinate delivery across multi-disciplinary teams is crucial. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders and drive solution alignment, are essential for success in this role.
