The Innovations Programs Officer is primarily responsible for leading the execution and strategic coordination of all innovation culture programs within the organization. The role oversees planning, communication, training, and delivery of key initiatives that build innovation capacity across business and support units.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage innovation culture programs and activities
  • Coordinate with BUs, SUs, and internal stakeholders to align innovation efforts
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination for innovation events
  • Provide training and technical consultations on innovation tools and technologies
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of innovation programs against goals
  • Prepare materials, decks, and reports to support management updates
  • Provide light development or configuration support as needed (e.g., no-code/low-code)
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communication, Innovation, IT, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in program or project coordination in a corporate or innovation setting.
  • Experience working with vendors or partners
  • Exposure to innovative tools (e.g., design thinking, low-code platforms, AI/automation)
  • Proficient in public speaking, facilitation, or training delivery
  • Amenable to work in Makati City.
