Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients across the US to introduce our services and build relationships
  • Follow-Ups: Manage ongoing lead engagement via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure seamless customer experience
  • CRM Ownership: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently filled with qualified leads and appointments
Requirements:
  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable using tools like CRM systems, Google Calendar, and other productivity software
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours
