Job Title

Financial Management Lead

The Financial Management Lead will oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of insightful financial analyses to support informed decision-making.

This includes leading financial planning activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives. Overseeing performance reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial information, preparing, reviewing, and presenting management reports, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.

Maintaining and enhancing financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Developing and implementing process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting. Mentoring and leading a remote finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Supporting internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
