Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Business Process Test Engineer Officer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business analysis and IT quality assurance.

Specifically, you will be responsible for validating and testing systems and workflows to ensure they meet business requirements. This involves analyzing and understanding complex business processes, designing and executing test plans, developing test cases and scenarios based on business needs, collaborating with departmental stakeholders, maintaining detailed documentation of testing procedures, and executing functional, end-to-end, integration, performance, and black box testing.

Additionally, you will oversee a team of Business Process Test Engineers, creating standard processes, policies, and templates for the department and transformation projects.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in software or process testing, business analysis, quality assurance, or UAT support
  • Experience in documenting test cases, test scripts, and process workflows

Advantageous Skills:
