**Job Description:

The Chief Design Development Specialist will play a vital role in conceptualizing and creating architectural designs for various projects.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive Site Safety Plans using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the drafting process.
  • Utilize tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance project visualization, coordination, and communication.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide expert input on safety-related aspects of the plans.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about contributing to the safety and success of architectural projects.

**Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Architect Drafter or equivalent with a focus on Site Safety Plans and design development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software; experience with Revit and SketchUp is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices in architectural drafting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in creating technical drawings, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
