Business Process Test Engineer

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in project management, business administration, engineering, or information technology.

  • Analyze and understand complex business processes and workflows to design effective test plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and test systems and workflows against business requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee a team of Business Process Test Engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test plans to validate process functionality.
  • Develop test cases based on business requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures.
  • Collaborate with business analysts for user acceptance testing.
  • Oversee a team of Business Process Test Engineers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, engineering, or information technology.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in software or process testing, business analysis, quality assurance, or UAT support.
  • Experience with documenting test cases and process workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in automation testing such as end-to-end testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
