About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating client support projects and administrative duties to identify areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate customer interactions via multiple channels to ensure service excellence, analyzing performance data to provide actionable recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
  2. Analyze back office task-handling to assess quality and adherence to company policies, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing constructive feedback to support agents.
  3. Develop QA standards and guidelines for customer support and back office processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Cross-functional collaboration with customer support and back office teams to drive process improvements and optimize results.
