The Staffing Specialist role is a dynamic position that plays a critical part in Wing's mission to redefine the future of work. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across various industries and roles. Your primary objective will be to match top talent with clients who require assistance in building world-class teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, sourcing platforms, social media, and other relevant mediums.
  • Conducting interviews, screenings, and onboarding candidates by accurately matching high-quality candidates with job descriptions.
  • Managing initial candidate processing by verifying references, experience, and sending offer letters to ensure the selection of top-quality applicants.
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the most up-to-date information regarding candidates, their progress, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines, including notifications to account managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates in large volumes actively.
  • Debriefing candidates on the responsibilities of the job, expectations, workflows, and routines they should follow.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding processes.
  • Regularly communicating with stakeholders about the progress of recruiting top talent for assigned accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent sourcing and hiring, with recruitment marketing being an added advantage.
  • A minimum of one year's experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with success in sourcing high-quality candidates.
  • Familiarity with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • The ability to use data to validate the effectiveness of hiring efforts.
  • Experience with online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Skype).
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • A tech-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to break down big goals into specific actionable plans.
  • Confidence, coachability, and enthusiasm, with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
