Customer Service Role

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months voice call center experience in the US market
  • Previous experience in outbound calls, sales, or healthcare is beneficial
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities
  • A proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with computers
  • Strong typing skills and accountability
