In this dynamic position, you will interact with clients and customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage outbound calls
- Follow communication scripts
- Determine customer needs and research concerns
- Upsell products when appropriate
- Nurture and maintain customer relationships
- Accurately record all interactions
- A minimum of 6 months voice call center experience in the US market
- Previous experience in outbound calls, sales, or healthcare is beneficial
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities
- A proven track record of exceeding performance targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with computers
- Strong typing skills and accountability
