Key to this effort is a skilled Payroll Data Analyst who can deliver accurate results for our management team and clients.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our payroll systems are running smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities
  • Audit HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System entries to prevent discrepancies and errors.
  • Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies to maintain transparency in our labor costs.
  • Create and import bulk payroll entries to streamline our payroll processes.
  • Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  • Create and deliver payroll financial management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Perform monthly benefit reconciliations to ensure accurate compensation packages.
  • Prepare Ad hoc reports as requested by management to support strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation to drive cost savings.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or payroll role.
  • Previous experience in HR could be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Above average report writing experience.
  • Quick learner with an eagerness to take on new challenges.
