We are seeking a Payroll Data Analyst to join our North America Payroll team. We're looking for someone with the vision, experience, and passion to make a tangible contribution to our entrepreneurial culture. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a drive to deliver accurate results for our management team and clients.
Responsibilities- Audit HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System entries
- Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies
- Create and import bulk payroll entries
- Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries
- Create and deliver payroll financial management reports
- Perform monthly benefit reconciliations (Oversee bi-weekly benefit repayments)
- Prepare Ad hoc reports as requested
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance role
- Previous HR or Payroll experience could be an asset
- Strong analytical and problem solving experience with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Above average report writing experience
- Quick learner, has an eager personality
