Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage the installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between internal teams, utility companies, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tasks on schedule
  • Act as the primary point of contact for utility companies and municipal permitting departments
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including service request forms and permit packages
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using project management software
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades and material availability
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management software is an asset
