Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Implementation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, knowledge of various enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and a passion for working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team for the implementation and setup of clients on TrustArc products
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success using our products
  • Acquire product knowledge quickly through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related fields
  • Front End Web Development experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of software tools including Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and others
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online advertising serving systems on desktop and mobile devices
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; basic knowledge of web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.)
  • Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage, both oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex problems with creative solutions
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other teams
